As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing top-notch support to our Spanish-speaking customers through live chat and email
- Identifying and addressing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Engaging in conversation and delighting customers
- Answering a high volume of requests daily with accuracy and efficiency
- Staying up-to-date on our products and services to provide accurate information
- Building positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service
- Collaborating with our team to find solutions and achieve results
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Proficient in typing and computer navigation skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to find the positive in any situation
- Attentiveness and patience
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
