As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing top-notch support to our Spanish-speaking customers through live chat and email
  • Identifying and addressing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Engaging in conversation and delighting customers
  • Answering a high volume of requests daily with accuracy and efficiency
  • Staying up-to-date on our products and services to provide accurate information
  • Building positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service
  • Collaborating with our team to find solutions and achieve results

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Proficient in typing and computer navigation skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to find the positive in any situation
