Key Responsibilities

  • Design, manage, and implement lead generation initiatives to attract new users, retain current customers, and enhance brand visibility through paid advertising or other strategies.
  • Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and report findings to headquarters.
  • Organize events aimed at lead generation or brand promotion.
  • Facilitate marketing automation and operational processes.
  • Identify innovative methods to engage and discover marketing channels to connect with our target audience, such as influencer marketing and community engagement.
  • Take ownership of country-specific marketing metrics, including revenue, qualified opportunities, SQLs, MQLs, and website traffic.
  • Drive local use cases and develop localized landing pages.
  • Support employer branding initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, working closely with country teams and headquarters to advance marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of marketing experience in Brazil; experience in the USA is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing tools is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in SaaS marketing or startups is a strong asset.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local market, including both traditional and digital media landscapes.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Native Portuguese speaker.
  • Exceptional communication skills and creative thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • A quick learner who can adapt to changing environments.
  • Strong interest in marketing and SaaS.
