The Marketplace Team is seeking a seasoned professional to drive growth and expansion in Amazon's Brazil Marketplace.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity involves developing and executing strategies to recruit and manage sellers, driving innovation and scaling categories non-linearly. Key responsibilities include setting fulfillment strategies, prioritizing and managing a pipeline of sellers, and working closely with new merchants to educate them about Amazon's high standards of delivery and customer experience.
- Foster strong relationships with medium and large sellers and manufacturers
- Analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize growth
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and category scalability
Experience managing teams, analyzing data, and using CRM tools is essential. Consumer product sales/marketing or e-commerce experience is also highly valued.
