Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Analyst to join our team at Accommodations Plus International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our crew accommodation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Problem Solving and Analysis: Utilize your analytical skills to identify and resolve operational issues, minimizing their impact on customers.
  2. Results-Driven: Focus on delivering high-quality results, meeting deadlines, and exceeding expectations.
  3. Process Management: Develop and implement efficient processes to streamline operations, improve productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  4. Communication: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely information exchange.
  5. Planning and Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis and planning to optimize crew scheduling, accommodation allocation, and travel management.
  6. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients and their crew members.
  7. Crew Allocation: Manage crew allocation, ensuring optimal resource utilization and minimizing downtime.
  8. Network Optimization: Analyze and optimize our network to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  9. Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate resources to meet operational demands, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or airline crew scheduling is preferred.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (minimum ongoing).
  3. Background: Hotel or airline background will be an asset.
  4. Skills: Strong computer skills, with emphasis on Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
  5. Work Environment: This position operates in a professional office environment, requiring regular use of standard office equipment.
  6. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
