We are seeking a driven and experienced professional to join our dynamic Marketplace team as a Marketplace Growth Specialist. In this key role, you will play a pivotal part in driving adoption of Amazon's pillars and unlocking new growth opportunities.
Your primary responsibility will be to leverage industry trends and seller pain points to identify new business opportunities. This may involve analyzing gaps in specific subcategories and informing our sales strategy to capitalize on these areas of growth.
As the voice of the seller, you will escalate feedback and collaborate cross-functionally to improve Amazon's products, services, and processes. Your input will be invaluable in making a tangible impact on top-performing sellers.

We are based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and seek an experienced professional with the following skills:
- Prioritizing and managing a pipeline of merchants to meet/exceed targets
- Educating merchants about Amazon's standards of Delivery and Customer Experience
- Recommending optimal shipping solutions to enhance seller and customer experience
- Guiding sellers on improving selection, shipping, pricing, and catalog quality
- Understanding category specifics to identify trends and tailor advice
- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on merchant development and performance
- Managing time effectively to achieve KPIs
- Applying data-driven problem-solving and decision-making
- Driving growth in the Brazil Marketplace
Basic qualifications include experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies. Preferred qualifications include experience with pipeline management and CRM tools like Salesforce.
