Job Opportunity: Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end operational processes required to launch and scale new strategic partnerships.

You will lead and mentor a team of operations managers and analysts, setting a high bar for data-driven decision-making and execution excellence. Your primary operational counterpart will ensure smooth collaboration and alignment with our strategic partners.

As an analytical and strategic thinker, you will conduct deep-dive data analysis, customer segmentation, and financial modeling to identify risks, opportunities, and pathways for growth within our partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing operational processes to launch and scale new partnerships
  • Leading and mentoring a team of operations managers and analysts
  • Managing complex, cross-functional projects from concept to completion
  • Conducting data analysis, customer segmentation, and financial modeling to identify growth opportunities

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, management consulting, or a similar analytical and strategic function
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing complex projects
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
  • A strategic mindset with big-picture thinking and operational details
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
