Job Title: Associate Director, Sales

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our commercial efforts in Brazil.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and executing a sales strategy to broaden our portfolio in the region.

  12. Providing the pulse of the market to senior management.
  13. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver an optimized customer experience.
  14. Developing and managing the team's marketing collateral.
  15. Preparing data & key insights for monthly reporting.
Requirements:
  • Established sales experience in the Brazilian Financing/Capital Markets industry.
  • Willingness to provide timely and premier service to internal/external stakeholders.
  • Able to analyze client information quickly, respond logically, and use data to influence client purchase decisions.
  • Extensive background in the debt capital markets.
  • Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work well in teams.
  • Proven record of maintaining strong relationships with key finance market participants.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Exceptional skills in listening to clients, articulating ideas and complex information in a clear and structured manner.
  • Desire to continuously personally learn and help others develop as well.
  • Availability to travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of sales success.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent).
  • Experience in working with DCM teams or Financial Institutions.
  • Knowledge of Sustainable Finance/Environmental, Social & Governance.
