About This Role:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our SaaS sales team.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in building and managing sales teams, with a strong track record of driving pipeline growth and revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and lead a team of sales representatives to ensure steady pipeline contribution
  • Drive strategic initiatives to grow the sales pipeline and increase revenue

Requirements:

  • Fluent English language skills (written & spoken)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role managing a team of 6+ sales representatives
  • Proven track record of driving sales pipeline growth and revenue targets
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, process improvement, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills
  • Data-driven approach to sales performance management and strategy
  • Able to translate business objectives into actionable plans and align team efforts with pipeline and revenue goals
