We're seeking a highly skilled Cloud Transformation Expert to join our team. As a Cloud Solutions Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping customers successfully adopt Google Cloud products.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional to lead the successful adoption of Google Cloud at organizations. You'll guide them through the strategic and technical facets of their Google Cloud transformation journey, developing relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate adoption of new features and products.
Key Responsibilities:- Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by providing technical guidance and managing timelines, milestones, migration goals, and business transformation strategies.
- Advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development, leading across multiple work streams and teams to drive customer momentum.
- Develop best practices and assets based on learnings from customer journeys to automate and scale customer success.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role working with stakeholders, driving customer technical implementations or transformation programs.
- Experience supporting customers in cloud operations, technical support, escalation management, or IT consulting.
