Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute field marketing programs to acquire new customers and grow existing ones in all segments.
- Execute marketing programs designed to meet sales objectives, including events, communication tools, demand generation, and contact acquisition.
- Provide input and assist in execution of programs to reach customer targets by vertical, and regularly communicate marketing programs and results.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business and act as primarily marketing contact with sales team and leaders.
- Leverage global marketing resources to fill sales requirements and find ways to invent and simplify to address sales needs without large budgets.
- Inform regional demand generation planning process with deep expertise of customer targets, sales strategy, and pipeline to ensure greatest possible success of programs.

Requirements- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 4+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of time zones and languages
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and Portuguese) with an innate attention to detail
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities in a complex business environment
- Ability to make data-driven decisions quickly with a bias for action
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- A strong team player – comfortable and motivated working in a collaborative environment, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders – field marketing, global marketing, and sales teams
