The Culture and Wellbeing team is responsible for providing strategic solutions to enhance employee engagement and boost company performance through an inclusive work environment aligned with our values.
To achieve this, the team focuses on developing initiatives that promote a positive and respectful workplace culture.
This includes creating opportunities for employees to grow professionally and personally, as well as fostering a sense of community and belonging among colleagues.
In addition, the team works closely with stakeholders to identify and address potential areas of improvement, ensuring that our policies and practices are fair, equitable, and support the well-being of all employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and well-being;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver programs that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture;
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in employee experience and wellbeing;
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on issues related to workplace culture and well-being;
- Serve as a subject matter expert on employee experience and wellbeing, staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging issues.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources or a related field, preferably in a leadership role;
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders;
- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations to inform business decisions.
