We are seeking a skilled Client Solutions Engagement Analyst to lead the first phase of our client journey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for stepping into early conversations with qualified leads, building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, and helping them make sense of their needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in consulting or custom software delivery environments, with a focus on pre-sales, scoping, or discovery phases.
- Strong history of working with cross-functional teams, including Tech Leads, UX designers, and QA specialists.
- Experience in mid-sized or growth-stage tech firms, with a background in supporting business and technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with executives and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client discovery and whiteboard sessions, translating ambiguous client needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders, including sales, UX, QA, and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create project proposals, timelines, and solution outlines.
- Identify constraints, risks, and edge cases early in the conversation, and adapt quickly to changes in client needs or scope expectations.
