We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.
- This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to lead a team of Account Executives and drive sales growth in Latin America.
- Lead a high-performing team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in Latin America.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, processes, and initiatives to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Mentor, coach, and develop sales talent to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
- 1+ year of management or team lead experience, with a strong ability to motivate, coach, and develop sales teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and develop effective solutions.
- Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in multiple languages.
