Job Description

As a seasoned change management professional, you will spearhead organizational transformation by facilitating positive changes in processes and protocols through strategic planning, execution, and monitoring. This role is pivotal to ensuring a seamless transition into new systems that maximize efficiency.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, implementing, and supervising organisational changes
  • Performing key roles in the change management process, which include strategizing to enhance productivity, boost revenue, and amplify efficiency.
  • Continuously evaluating every step of the change processes and protocols of the proposed changes and finding solutions to bridge the gaps in these systems
  • Ensuring that the training plans guarantee a smooth transition into the new strategy
  • Tracking the progress of the new changes and reporting them to senior business heads and stakeholders.
  • Managing resistance from employees and staff members by anticipating potential issues while developing the proposed changes.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field of study
  • English Advanced (B2-C1)
  • +8 years of experience
  • Prior experience working as a change manager or in a similar role is required.
  • Proficiency in change management practices, principles, frameworks, and tools.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Master's degree in human resources, business administration or a similar field
  • Intermediate Spanish proficiency
  • CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional) certification
  • Experience in monitoring change management protocols, from start to finish.
  • Hands-on experience in leading implementation projects from planning to execution.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies
