Job Title: Business Development Manager
**Job Description:**
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and adoption of our Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) solutions. You will be responsible for promoting FBA to enhance the customer experience and educating sellers on the benefits of Sponsored Ads. Your role will also involve mapping new business opportunities and connecting valuable information to inform our overall sales strategy.
**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Effectively prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to consistently meet/exceed quarterly targets.
  • Work closely with merchants, educating them about high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience.
  • Recommend suitable shipping solutions to enhance seller and customer experience.
  • Guide sellers on best practices for improving key inputs like selection, shipping, pricing, and catalog quality.
  • Learn and understand specific categories to spot trends, seasonal items, and competitive pricing.
  • Track and report development results, analysis, interpret reports and information for your portfolio of merchants.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.
  • Skills in pipeline management using Salesforce or other CRM tools.
