We are seeking a seasoned Regional Product Director to lead our Threat Intelligence solutions across Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC). As a key member of our Security Solutions Organization (SSO), you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, driving revenue growth, and product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Threat Intelligence solutions market performance across LAC, overseeing revenue performance, defining KPIs, growth plans, and expansion strategies.
- Drive sales performance, support and maintain a strong customer pipeline, identify new opportunities, and develop business cases to scale our offerings.
- Collaborate with global teams to refine and localize solutions based on customer feedback and regional and local needs.
- Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring seamless onboarding, training, and continuous value delivery.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Deep understanding of cyber risk management, information security, and threat intelligence solutions.
- Strong industry knowledge and experience with financial institutions, payment networks, or fintechs.
- Proven product leadership, go-to-market strategy, and customer-driven innovation background.
- Strategic and analytical mindset, with ability to translate data into insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- Multilingual proficiency, with fluency in English (Spanish is highly recommended).
