Organisational Change Management Specialist

We are seeking two experienced Organisational Change Management (OCM) specialists to support a major S/4HANA implementation programme.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage change across diverse international teams and ensure a seamless transition
  • Lead key OCM activities such as stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, training plans, and communications to drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with programme leadership to align business goals with change strategies and optimise organisational performance
  • Ensure end-user readiness and adoption through structured change interventions and effective communication
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in organisational change management with a proven track record in S/4HANA or large-scale ERP implementations
  • Successful delivery of change initiatives in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry with a focus on stakeholder engagement and communication
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Portuguese (S'ao Paulo) or Spanish (Mexico City)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels and build effective relationships
