IT/Organizational Change Transformation Specialist

The Role:
- Pursue complex organizational structures to devise effective OCM strategies.
- Develop comprehensive adoption plans and communicate them to stakeholders.
- Lead and manage intricate OCM projects.
- Ensure timely delivery of OCM deliverables.
Required Skills:
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Change Management or related fields.
- 8+ years of experience in OCM consulting, preferably with 2+ years in technology consulting.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
