ServiceNow Support Specialist

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional support experiences? Do you have a knack for resolving complex technical issues? We're seeking a skilled ServiceNow Support Agent to join our team
Your Role:
- Monitor and handle incident tickets, documenting results and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Analyze incoming incidents, qualify and pre-clarify user requirements.
- Resolve incidents, explaining complex solutions in a user-friendly manner.
- Escalate incidents to the next level, involving DevOps Developer teams or SAP Support when necessary.
- Create Backend and End-User Self-help Knowledge Articles for raised incidents.
- Develop and run basic scripts to resolve incidents.
Your Expertise:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Good understanding of Incident and ITSM processes.
- Previous experience in ServiceNow ITSM environment (3+ years).
- Certifications in ServiceNow Fundamentals or ITIL Foundation V4.
