Are you passionate about delivering exceptional support experiences? Do you have a knack for resolving complex technical issues? We're seeking a skilled ServiceNow Support Agent to join our team

Your Role:

  • Monitor and handle incident tickets, documenting results and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Analyze incoming incidents, qualify and pre-clarify user requirements.
  • Resolve incidents, explaining complex solutions in a user-friendly manner.
  • Escalate incidents to the next level, involving DevOps Developer teams or SAP Support when necessary.
  • Create Backend and End-User Self-help Knowledge Articles for raised incidents.
  • Develop and run basic scripts to resolve incidents.

Your Expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Good understanding of Incident and ITSM processes.
  • Previous experience in ServiceNow ITSM environment (3+ years).
  • Certifications in ServiceNow Fundamentals or ITIL Foundation V4.
