Estamos em busca de um SDR (Sales Development Representative) para integrar nosso time. Se você tem paixão por vendas, é comunicativo, organizado e resiliente, queremos conhecer você Esta posição envolve prospecção ativa, principalmente através de ligações, para qualificar leads e identificar oportunidades de negócio.
Principais Responsabilidades:Realizar prospecção ativa de leads via telefone, e-mail e outras ferramentas de comunicação.Qualificar leads e identificar oportunidades de venda para a equipe comercial.Manter um registro detalhado das interações com os leads no nosso CRM.Colaborar com a equipe de vendas para desenvolver estratégias de abordagem eficazes.Acompanhar e atingir metas semanais e mensais de prospecção e qualificação de leads.
Requisitos:Experiência anterior na posição de SDR ou em vendas.Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita.Habilidade em fazer ligações e lidar com rejeições de maneira positiva.Conhecimentos gerais sobre técnicas de vendas e abordagem de clientes.Organização e atenção aos detalhes para gerenciar múltiplas tarefas e prazos.Resiliência e motivação para trabalhar em um ambiente dinâmico e orientado a resultados.Experiência com ferramentas de CRM (desejável).
