The Young Apprentice Program aims at preparing young people for the labor market in the technical and human areas and thus promote their social inclusion.

Applications to these opportunities are considered for:
Young people between 16 and 24 years old;

Students attending or who have completed High School, enrolled in IT technical courses at Microsoft partners institutions for the Young Apprentice program.

Students with first experience in Young Apprentice Program.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Jovem Aprendiz (Young Apprentice), you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of different projects. You’ll support your organization in analyze industry trends, solution areas, internal processes, and organizational performance.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Basic IT knowledge
- Availability to work 4 hours/day
- Verbal and written communication

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Demonstrated self-learner, seeks information about the underlying needs of customers, and builds customer/partner relationships.
- Displays strong stakeholder and relationship management across senior leaders, partners, and customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills.
- English is a plus.
