The Customer Business Executive has a significant role, focusing on account growth and profitability while building customer dedication and satisfaction in Vivo and Telefonica.
**What will your job look like?**:
- Be a partner to C-level decision-makers throughout the accounts.
- Work together with senior leaders to help them solve business problems and achieve their long-term growth strategies with Amdocs services and solutions.
- Collaborate with & lead matrixed teams toward goal of delivery excellence.
- Identify new opportunities to grow revenue and market share, driving engagements to fruition.
- Responsible for P&L, overall profitability.
- Set & execute long-term vision and strategy for the accounts.
**All you need is...**:
- Experience with large, complex, digital transformation engagements in the Telecommunication & IT industry.
- Success developing and closing business in new solution & service areas.
- To be forward-thinking, having vision and ability to execute.
- Extensive customer management skill and experience.
- A strong network within carriers & IT eco-system in Brazil and LATAM.
- Executive-level influencing and communication skills.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in business development, presales, sales and delivery.
- Good financial understanding.
- Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
- Preferred location in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
