**Desktop Support Analyst - SJC/SP**

**What You’ll Do**
As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will work directly with qualified teams, with the aim of achieving good results and improvements through the service and support offered.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide physical access to suppliers on demand to site/communication rooms - IDF/MDF/MMR and Data Center/server room.
- Advanced troubleshooting capabilities to identify the root cause of the incident reported by end users for IT devices and mobility support/management.
- Installation and configuration of hardware and software components to ensure usability by end users.
- Manage IT asset lifecycle management for the site/region, including coordination of asset collection with vendor, secure storage, tagging, imaging, allocation, recovery, hygiene validation, disposal and system upgrades.
- Coordination of cable patches with suppliers or activation on demand.
- Ensuring that basic network connectivity (LAN), Wi-Fi access, Tandberg video, printer and voice are available on site.
- Advanced troubleshooting capabilities for AV devices (projectors, microphones, speakers, amplifiers, cameras and monitors).
**Preferred experience**:
- Experience in supporting overall manufacturing / lab IT systems and IT devices.
- Basic troubleshooting capabilities (L1 level) for network devices including rack and stack (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points).
- Knowledge of GMP and GxP.
- Intermediate English.
- Accept working in the presencial model in São José dos Campos.
