**Responsabilidades e Atribuições**:

- Atuação no onboarding in loco;
- Garantir a implantação do produto no cliente;
- Responsável por analisar dados e identificar como os clientes podem atingir os melhores resultados com os produtos e serviços adquiridos;
- Reforçar a relação entre cliente e suporte;
- Atuar como facilitador entre clientes e todos os outros departamentos da empresa, fazendo com que a voz do cliente seja ouvida e sejam solucionadas as demandas por todas as áreas;
- Antecipar as necessidades e informar sobre as soluções promovidas pela empresa.

**Requisitos**:

- Residir em Cuiaba/MT
- Experiência anterior com atendimento, no que envolve a integração, manutenção e retenção de clientes;
- Habilidades em promover upsell e cross-sell;
- Conhecer monitoramento de KPIs;
- Afinidade com tecnologias
- Disponibilidade de horários e viagens (manhã, tarde, noite e madrugada);
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar híbrido.
- Desejável ter atuado em empresas startup com modelo de trabalho acelerado e constantes mudanças.
- Desejável ter CNH.
- Diferencial: Conhecimento de operações em bares e restaurantes.
