**Company Overview**

Our CEO is a serial entrepreneur who has built and grown multimillion dollar companies, with a national impact. Her companies are built on an internal culture grounded in excellence, respect, accountability, and care. We believe the right systems—and the right people—can unlock life-changing opportunities for our clients _and_ our team.

She has hired close to a dozen international team members, primarily based in the Philippines, and she’s launching Moonlight, a virtual assistance agency built differently. We help entrepreneurs around the world grow their businesses by pairing them with thoughtful, reliable, highly trained assistants based in the Philippines. You’ll work closely with the founder to turn strategy into execution, build team culture, and grow this arm of the business from zero to something exceptional.

**Role Overview**

The Podcast Associate will be the operational and creative engine behind the Moonlight Podcast. This role will manage all aspects of production — from pre-interview coordination and recording logistics, to editing, publishing, and post-launch performance tracking. You’ll collaborate directly with the CEO (host) to shape the editorial arc, ensure a consistent publishing schedule, and execute on Moonlight’s goal to grow its brand through high-quality, founder-focused audio storytelling.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone with a strong grasp of podcast production, digital marketing workflows, and an interest in entrepreneurship and operations.

- **High-Quality Audio Production**Ensure episodes meet a consistent level of professional quality (audio leveling, intro/outro, light editing). Manage audio post-production tools and processes.
- **Guest Management System**Build and maintain a smooth system for identifying, inviting, scheduling, and preparing podcast guests. Send prep materials, manage follow-ups, and ensure a seamless guest experience.
- **Performance Tracking & Optimization**Set up and track podcast analytics (downloads, engagement, listener growth). Surface insights monthly to inform editorial and promotional improvements.
- **Editorial & Format Development**Help the CEO refine the format, tone, and storytelling approach of the show. Surface feedback from listeners and propose editorial tweaks to improve audience engagement.

**Qualifications**
