**Position Description**:
The Johnson & Johnson consumer health organization, the world’s most comprehensive manufacturer of health care products, has been on an accelerated journey of digital transformation. As a pivotal leader in the Technology & Data organization, this role will be uniquely positioned to work collaboratively with strategic external partners, global leaders and regional executives across the business and technology to passionately understand our Supply Chain technology needs in the Americas region, drive end-to-end digital transformation and power world-class digital products and platforms in our supply chain with a relentless focus on customer experience and connected ecosystems.

As a strategic problem solver, technologist, and trusted Supply Chain leader this role will empower our Supply Chain partners and technology leaders through the delivery of products and platforms that create differentiated digital capabilities and deliver next-gen connected customer experiences throughout our supply chain.

As a driver of change and Supply Chain innovation in the region, this role will have end-to-end accountability of the activation and execution of our Supply Chain products and platforms within the NA and LATAM region with a focus on customer experience. This role will help shape supply chain product and platform roadmaps with business and technology leaders in the regions. The role will also drive continuous introduction of digital Supply Chain products and platforms as a true partner with the business, and support the build of integrated platforms that are connected by design reducing lead times to getting products to our customers when and where they need it.

This role will work at the intersection of business vision & strategy, human-centered design, and technical execution to deploy, manage, and modernize a portfolio of products & platforms that fuel the core of the business across areas in Supply Chain including ERP, planning, smart operations, quality, distribution.

This role will also be responsible for leading large-scale, high-visibility global technology initiatives and drive outcomes that matter in our local markets.

This leader will have the unique opportunity to grow in a diverse, credible and agile team with the talent and technical expertise to identify, launch, and iterate the next-generation of products in our portfolio.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define vision, goals, and objective for Supply Chain Products and Platforms in the NA and LATAM regions, co-shaping strategic demand with the business and aligning business and technology strategies to technology delivery
- Work hand-in-hand as a strategic partner with business teams and drive engagement with third party partners to deploy customer-focused Supply Chain technology products
- Lead continuous improvement across the Supply Chain technology product lifecycle and lead engagement and relationships with third parties
- Work across Supply Chain product squads to define and deliver innovative solutions, ensuring a coordinated and cohesive strategy
- Manage a team of technology product owners and product squads across the Supply Chain customer experience product group
- Maximize return on investment from Supply Chain products in the regio
