Our Project Management Office (PMO) team is responsible for the successful operations, execution, and governance of projects, continuous improvement, and organization administrative support to our teams across the region. We are looking for an organized, creative, and highly-driven Project Manager who will be responsible for leading projects, improving current processes, and coordinating organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity. This is the role for you if you are passionate about cross-functional project management and organizing key initiatives. You will be expected to work autonomously, take action on urgent priorities, and act with a high level of discretion when handling confidential information.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead/co-lead strategic planning Initiatives, Business Review Sessions, admin support for the regional head of ops & marketing
- Track operation performance metrics across different markets for success and organizing important information
- Proactively identify issues, areas of enhancements which provides value added insights and lead/implement strategic initiatives.
- Taking ownership of the calendar, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and organizing innovative, impactful projects.
- Support and represent the regional head of ops& marketing in cross-functional engagement by creating reports, communications decks.
- 8+ years of experience, including experience in a fast-paced technology company.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, management or similar
- Highly organised, strong problem solving skills, confident and self motivated individual that is equally comfortable supporting junior team members and communicating with c-suite staff.
- Strategic thinker with experience identifying and leading programs to improve business performance.
- Experience building relationships with cross-functional teams and delivering impact through communication
- Nice to have experience in roles such as Program Management/PMO, Business Operations, Business Strategy
- Nice to have Internet/content platform domain business
