**The role**
Upstream is looking for a Performance Innovation Manager to work closely with our teams and drive the performance of our innovative products by running and optimizing marketing campaigns, including eCommerce campaigns, towards revenue and success. As a Performance Innovation Manager, you will handle marketing campaigns from concept to execution, define the strategy of each campaign, deep dive into performance data, and come up with suggestions to optimize performance. Your work will ultimately allow Upstream to positively impact millions of consumers around the world.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including but not limited to multi-channel on-site & off-site promotional, transactional, cart recovery, and acquisitions campaigns.
- Write, review, and edit content for our marketing campaigns.
- Define the strategy of the campaigns and lead the acquisitions process towards campaign efficiency via user segmentation.
- Optimize acquisitions channels, engagement, and monetization KPIs.
- Provide reports and analysis with conclusions and propositions.
- Keep detailed documentation and create case studies.
- Collaborate with Operational and Commercial teams, provide feedback to achieve goals and explore potential opportunities.
- Support the Product Innovation team to introduce new product features.
- Work with the wider internal Innovation team towards achieving annual revenue and innovation targets.
**Requirements**:
- 1+ years of working experience in a similar role (Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with web analytics and marketing platforms.
- Up to date with new technologies and current trends.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Self-driven, hard-working, and willing to make an impact.
