Agency Partner Intern

**What You'll Do**:
We are seeking a highly motivated Agency Partner Intern to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our partnerships with agencies across Latin America (LATAM). In this exciting role, you will be the right-hand person of the Agency Partner providing comprehensive support and ensuring a seamless experience. You will be helping on a variety of tasks, including:

- Investment Tracking: Maintain accurate records of agency investments, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and budgets.
- Certification & Education: Assist Agency Partner and agencies with the certification and education process, keeping them informed of upcoming opportunities and requirements.
- Partnership Process: Help to facilitate a smooth partnership experience by coordinating onboarding, managing contracts, and handling administrative tasks.
- Communication & Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with agencies and finance internal team, acting as a liaison between our team and the agencies.

- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage your tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Have Passion for new media, internet trends and continual learning.
- Have intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A positive and proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Intermediate English (reading and writing).
