As CRM Analyst you will be responsible for keeping the CRM platform operational by fulfilling organizational needs, tracking usage and its readiness for multichannel engagement.
**The Position**
While your main responsibilities will revolve around continuous improvement of the CRM platform you will also ensure all the business needs are translated to Information Technology Team. Other responsibilities include:
- Frequent contact with various areas both LATAM, IT team in India, sales team and other affiliates;
- Technical analisys to search for problem resolution on the platform and deliver the best solution to the user;
- Work in partnership with business areas and internal customers to customize the platform for better usability and data extraction/analisys;
- Drive User Adoption of IO Engage & ensure to realize the benefits to business and evaluate the IO Engage dashboards and understand the areas of improvements;
- Help in frontline trainings to accommodate all the findings and areas of improvements together with People & Organization teams.
**Qualifications**
- You hold a Degree in Business, Economy, Engineering, Marketing or correlated areas;
- You have advanced written and spoken English and Portuguese;
- Strong understanding and previous experience with CRM platforms;
- Knowledge in Salesforce will be considered a plus;
- Previous experience working in a multinational environment will be an asset.
