**Role Overview**

We are seeking a **Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Representative** to support Portkeys as part of a global, multilingual customer support team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service with clarity, consistency, and professionalism while working in a remote, time-zone-rotational environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product-related issues professionally and empathetically.
- Translate customer communications and support materials between Portuguese and English when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and improve service quality.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent Portuguese (C1 level or above)** with strong spoken and written skills.
- Comfortable communicating professionally in English.
- Previous customer support or after-sales experience preferred.
- Strong logical thinking, reliability, and work stability.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.
- Background in engineering, intelligent manufacturing, or technical fields is an advantage.
- Training or coaching capability is a plus.
- Interest or basic knowledge in photography is preferred.

**Additional Details**
- Part of a multilingual team of five, with one representative per language.
- Compensation to be quoted separately per language, based on experience.
