**Visão Geral do Trabalho**

Realizar gerenciamento de incidentes e funcionalidades da CRM Platform (Veeva). Facilitar a comunicação e colaboração entre as áreas de negócios, BIPs (Business Information Partners) e a equipe técnica de suporte do Veeva para garantir a resolução eficiente de problemas e a implementação de melhorias.

**Funções Essenciais**
- Contato com as áreas de negócio, BIPs e a equipe técnica do Veeva, em nível Brasil e LATAM.
- Contato eventual com IFT sobre dúvidas específicas do Veeva;
- Criação/atualização de treinamentos de Veeva;
- Gerenciamento de testes/simulações de situações, especialmente relacionadas ao IFT;
- Contato com a áreas de Finanças, para criação e aprovação de DCRs (CONCUR).
- Relacionamento com a área de Onekey da IQVIA;
- Compartilhar melhores práticas entre os países da América Latina e participar ativamente das reuniões semanais de WWD global.
- Contato com Foundry para verificação das solicitações feitas pelos países;
- Contato com Reltio/MDM para criação de contas, checagem de status, além da criação e atualização de estruturas de IFT;

**Qualificações/Requisitos**
- Ensino Superior completo na área de tecnologia ou negócios.
- Experiência e conhecimento técnico da plataforma CRM Veeva ou Salesforce (obrigatório)
- Experiência prévia na indústria farmacêutica.
- Inglês Intermediário
- Espanhol Básico (desejável)
