**Your new role**

Responsible for sales support routine such as IOs booking and copy control to guarantee the pay tv commercials bought by clients make to air.

**Your role accountabilities**:

- Reviewing and booking orders from agencies and direct clients through WBD’s channels.
- Troubleshooting, revising support documentation, and managing media packages to ensure accurate billing for agencies and clients.
- Handling makegoods in case of spot preemptions.
- Supporting Sales, Planning, and Product teams in implementing and managing media projects.

**Qualification & Experiences**:

- Bachelor’s degree in communications/media or related;
- Experience as Operations Analyst or similar,
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good analytic skills.

**Other nice to have**:

- Former experience with BTS, Aleph or IBMS system.
- Good understanding of Excel
