**Position Overview - Team Leader**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of service technicians to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Supervise complex service tasks and projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
- Act as a liaison between the service team and management, providing updates and regular reports.

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Naval Engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar position.
- Advanced or fluent English proficiency.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally for service assignments.
- Strong understanding of signal levels (4-20mA, 0-10V, Hart, relay output, PT-100).
- Proficiency in reading and understanding mechanical and hydraulic diagrams, as well as mechanical drawings.
- Desired knowledge of AutoCAD and familiarity with Electric Starter Panels, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), and ATEX standards.

**Key Attributes**:

- Familiarity with SCADA systems, Electric Motors, Motors, Heat Exchangers, Hydraulic Cylinders, Safety Valves, Load Cell Functionality/Calibration, and Pressure and Temperature Sensor Functionality/Calibration.
- Knowledge of Siemens PLCs (S7-300/S7-1500) and industrial network protocols.
- Understanding of Piston Pumps with Variable Displacement, Hydraulic Motors with Fixed or Variable Displacement, Electric Motors, Motors, Drum Winches, Chain Tensioning Systems, and Crane Functionalities.
