Minimum qualifications:

- 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing Products and Google products/technologies (e.g., Google Ads, Google Marketing Platforms, Analytics).
- Experience as promoting/purchasing media or in a Product Specialist/ Data Scientist role.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in a role involving cross-functional alignment and exposure to stakeholders.
- Experience and knowledge of Google advertising solutions, in particular of measurement, data, and audience solutions and ad/marketing technology.
- Knowledge of privacy principles and product developments.

**About the job**:
The Measurement and Attribution team is part of the Large Customer Sales (LCS) organization. The team help promoters achieve their clients' business goals by improving clients' digital maturity and measuring their success. In this role, you will focus on helping advertisers scale their use of Google measurement and analytics solutions and actioning on the insights produced.

As a Measurement and Privacy Specialist, you will help LCS advertisers understand the privacy ecosystem and deploy the latest experimentation technologies to achieve their business goals. You will utilize your understanding of Google's solutions, industry practices, digital media trends, analytical abilities, and persuasive skills to convince advertisers to take the necessary actions to properly determine channel impact. You will work collaboratively with Product Specialists, Platforms, promoters, and gTech to drive advertisers measurement and privacy maturity and use insights/learnings to improve business outcomes.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the experimentation front in Brazil by developing a country-level strategy and clear processes to help our advertisers understand what works best for their businesses.- Up-skill our Large Customer Sales force through materials and training.- Lead C-level client meetings and industry events.
- Align with cross-functional teams (e.g., Go-To-Market, Privacy, Safety, and Security, Platforms, gTech) to ensure a cohesive activation.
