Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of analytical experience, working with data to identify trends.
- Experience working with SQL.
- Ability to speak and write in Portuguese and English fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with marketing analysis, investment/financial modeling, statistical modeling or statistical analysis.
- Experience in the retail, e-commerce or technology industries.
- Experience working with Python or R.
- Experience working with Google Analytics.
- Ability to interact with C-level stakeholders.
- Ability to address clients needs and challenges.
**About the job**:
- You will provide project management skills, analytical expertise, and business judgment to support strategic and tactical activities. Using data analysis and statistical methods, you will mine through data to identify opportunities for Google and our clients to operate more efficiently, from enhancing advertising efficacy to operational efficiency. As an Analytical Lead, you will lead data projects to evolve our clients digital maturity. You will work with Product Managers, Sales Leaders, and Associates to create external-facing data solutions and work with clients/agencies to help them adopt recommendations and make better use of Google data, reframing the relationship between consumers and retailers.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
**Responsibilities**:
- Analyze internal and external data to identify opportunities, anticipate risks, develop solutions to customer marketing challenges, and measure success.
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and earn their trust to challenge the status quo together by telling stories with data, both visually and verbally.
- Collaborate across teams to innovate, activate full measurement and attribution product capabilities for customers, and develop scalable solutions to industry challenges.
- Advise on marketing analytics, including attribution, lifetime value, customer segmentation, behavior insights, data integration, and measurement.
- Lead the full lifecycle of measurement initiatives, from idea to implementation.
