**About the Company**:
RoverPass is a fast-growing startup that is revolutionizing the way campgrounds and RV parks drive business. With a property management system and marketing services, we help campgrounds and RV parks attract more customers. As a small and hungry team, we're looking for hands-on individuals to join us and be a part of our exciting growth journey.
**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth
- Oversee both sales and marketing teams
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities to expand our reach
- Manage and track the effectiveness of all marketing efforts, adjust campaigns as needed to achieve desired results
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels
- Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements:_**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- Minimum of **5 years of experience in marketing**, with at least 2 years in a leadership role and** sales experience**
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Ability to analyze data, measure campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- ** Experience in the travel and hospitality **industry is a plus
