**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Mantu: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities

**Case study**: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

**Job description**:
As an **HR assistant**, you’ll join our HR team to assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions.

In order to do that you’ll have to:

- Help the HR team in its daily missions on your scope.
- Support each newcomer throughout the onboarding phase (prepare the arrival, ask for card access to the office, equipment ).
- Coordination & logistics of the trainings.
- Support the business team in its administrative tasks (administration part, contract signature ).
- Contributing to HR group projects.

We are looking for.
- Fresh graduated from a bachelor’s degree in a university specialized in Business administration or Human Resources.
- You have experience/knowledge in Human Resources Department with administratives tasks.
- Reactive and organized, you are able to handle multiple tasks at once.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You are fluent in Portugues and in English.
