**Responsabilidades e atribuições**

Seu dia-a-dia na Topaz:_**

Manter e atualizar os inventários da área.

Criar e desativar usuários no Active Directory.

Prestar suporte de nível 1 para hardware de laptops e PCs de mesa.

Auxiliar no sistema de helpdesk, respondendo a tickets de nível 1 dos usuários.

Realizar a manutenção do parque de equipamentos.

Será responsável pelo atendimento e visitas a um cliente na modalidade de outsourcing.

Fazer solicitações de orçamentos aos fornecedores da empresa.

Responsável pelo estoque de equipamentos e componentes.

**Requisitos e qualificações**

Profissional com formação em áreas de TI, como analista de infraestrutura ou áreas relacionadas.

Conhecimentos em reparo de laptops, PCs e redes.

Suporte a usuários.

Instalação e configuração de impressoras.

Conhecimentos básicos e intermediários em redes.

Conhecimentos básicos em bancos de dados.

Conhecimentos básicos em VPN.

Idiomas: Português (desejável), Inglês intermediário desejável.
