**This is a remote position, you can be located anywhere in Brazil.**
As part of the Customer Support team, you will have the mission of providing empathetic and thorough help by putting the client's needs first, as well as having the opportunity to continuously develop yourself in a dynamic work environment.
In this united team, we talk lightly and informally, focusing on accountability with our global customers. We are proactive, efficient, and attentive to detail.
**Your Impact**:
- Provide platform support and customer service to Rock Content’s customer user base.
- Support departmental evaluation and implementation of new tools and processes that enhance the customer support experience and product usage visibility, as needed.
- Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge and skillfully answer product-related questions while engaging learners with varying skill levels.
**What we are looking for**:
- Fluent English;
- Bachelors degree;
- Customer service experience;
- Positive, enthusiastic, and motivated personality committed to providing exceptional customer support
- Technical aptitude with a passion to learn
- Comfort with office software including Google products (Docs, search) and Excel
