Abertura e desenvolvimento de mercado
- Atuação com grandes e pequenas de defensivos e fertilizantes agrícolas.
- Implementar o plano de desenvolvimento comercial para a categoria de
defensivos agrícolas e fertilizantes no Brasil.
- Planificação e execução do pipeline e forecast de vendas de sua carteira.
- Desenvolvimento e consolidação da categoria insumos por meio de prospecção e
fidelização de novos clientes em todo o país.
- Criar e gerenciar relacionamentos estratégicos com os principais fornecedores da
categoria de Insumos no Brasil.
- Atingir as metas dos objetivos de atividade semanal/mensal (reuniões e
ligações).
- Atingir as metas dos objetivos de vendas mensais estipulados para sua categoria
(faturação e quantidade de contas fechadas no mês).
- Gestão dos dados e informação através de CRM (salesforce)
- Interagir com as áreas de tecnologia, marketing e customer success para propor
melhorias na plataforma com base nas demandas dos clientes de sua categoria.
Superior Completo em Agronomia ou carreiras afins
- Mínimo 4 anos de experiência com vendas B2B em empresas do segmento
Agro.
- Inglês ou espanhol nível intermediário será um diferencial
- Conhecimento de Salesforce (CRM)
- Agressividade comercial: Perfil hunter que desbrava o mercado, mas também
tem capacidade de manter relacionamento
- Extroversão, realizando vendas consultivas.
- Buscamos profissionais engajados, resilientes, orientado a resultado e com
excelentes habilidades de negociação e comunicação e análise de resultados.
- Disponibilidade para viagens esporádicas.
