Field Engineering Specialist

Based in our São Paulo Head Office, this professional will be responsible to Support GWM dealers to carry out complex vehicles diagnostics and solve technical doubts during the regular daily operations.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Receive calls from dealerships via the GWM system and prioritize service according to standard After Sales rules;
- Respond to dealers calls via the GWM system and/or via corporate mobile phone;
- Guide the dealers technician in order to support diagnosis & troubleshooting;
- Carry out visits togheter with Chinese engineers to dealers when be necessary to assist face to face based on these complex diagnoses;
- Issue a technical communication to support dealer activities improving technical skills (repair level efficiency);
- Update Technical KPIs in order to evaluate Technical Service Operation.
- Provide technical information to Training Area based on the difficulties and gaps find during the daily operation;
- Escalate problems to management and related departments regarding the complex diagnoses. (Risk management Evaluation).

**SKILLS**:

- Knowledge in vehicle telematics (data transfer, 4G, remote control by app) apple car play / android auto;
- Experience in vehicle repair and After Sales knowledge;
- Experience in electrical diagnosis;
- Knowledge of hybrid and/or electric vehicles (HEV, PHEV and BEV);
- Focus on Customer 1st philosophy;
- Knowledge to handle risk management cases;
**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Automotive).
- Over 6 years working within the automotive market (OEM, Dealer, Tier 1 or 2) focus on automotive repair is desired.
- Advanced level of English is required and will be tested through all recruitment phases.
- Plus: Any level of communication in Chinese language will be highly appreciated.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse professional environment.
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills with all kind of stakeholder (suppliers, top management, headquarter, etc.).
