Gerenciar e orientar a equipe de cozinha, garantindo a qualidade dos alimentos e a eficiência das operações dos restaurantes do grupo;
Criar e organizar processos das cozinhas e fazer gestão de custos;
Acompanhar a rotina dos restaurantes e seus indicadores de produtividade;
Planejar e gerenciar estoques e pedidos de ingredientes (verificar economia, evitando desperdício);
Desenvolver e implementar procedimentos de segurança alimentar. Perfil desejado
Experiência com gerenciamento de cozinhas no segmento de alimentos e bebidas;
Experiência com gestão de pessoas, custos e processos;
**Soft skills**: gestão de pessoas, bom relacionamento/trabalho em equipe, hands-on, boa tomada de decisão.
