Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

- Advanced computer skills using Excel (advanced formulas and VBA) and SQL
- Ability to effectively work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities with strong oral and written communication skills to create relationships
- Ability to work under time pressure and meet performance goals
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
- Fluent English and Portuguese

The Program Manager will be part of Marketplace operations and expansion in Brazil. The job requires someone who has a larger picture of customer and seller experience in mind and a high willingness to take ownership. You will be responsible for ensuring a world class Seller experience in one of Amazon’s fastest growing business and highest impact initiatives. You will work with internal areas such as Operations, Transportation, Sales and Seller Support, and a variety of internal and external partners to ensure the smooth growth of the business to pursue demand generation.

Key job responsibilities
You'll be responsible to dive deep to drive and understand seller and selection conversion, driving analyses of input variation, drivers for program adoption and correlation with output. This person will also own business report metrics and execution and will work for two Programs: DBA and FBA Onsite.
- Previous experience in Business Intelligence and/or Data Analytics
- Other programming languages such as R and Python
- Previous experience in project management
- Multi-task, managing multiple projects in parallel
