**About the role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and optimize our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure accurate record-keeping and organizational efficiency throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring priorities and provide strategic recruitment support.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and procedures, offering insights and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Stay informed about industry trends, talent acquisition best practices, and competitive insights to adapt our recruitment strategies accordingly.
**Qualifications**:
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced, tech-driven company.
- Experience in the gaming and entertainment industry, particularly in regulated gambling sectors.
- Proven experience working with popular ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, etc.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- A proactive, resourceful approach to sourcing and recruiting, with experience in building talent pipelines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
