This is a great opportunity to join a growing team with a dynamic and challenging environment. We are excited to welcome a new member to help us scale our operation and take it to the next level. **YOUR IMPACT**: - Structure, develop and deliver trainings; - Create strategies and playbooks on how to sell our product more efficiently; - Curate, organize and manage a library with content for the sales reps (internal and external); - Perform the onboarding of new sales reps and agents; - Review sales calls and chats to identify major gaps of the sales reps and develop a training plan; - Work closely with the Quality and Operation teams from external vendors in order to improve the quality and standardization of the sales process; - Work closely with the Go To Market Strategy and Enablement teams to adapt the strategy to the micro business reality; - Be the bridge between the internal and external teams to exchange best practice. **WHO YOU ARE**: - Previous experience in B2B sales or Quality and Training positions; - Negotiation skills (knowledge of sales methodologies will be a plus); - A strong communicator both written and verbal; - Creative - Great ability to build materials and presentations; - Want to be part of a dynamic environment; - High spirit of teamwork; - Have strong match with Gympass values. **WHAT WE OFFER YOU (Latam)**: We're a wellness company that is committed to the health and well-being of our employees.
