Regional Technical Support Manager - HPGR

Key Responsibilities
- Actively develop and ensure optimal customer satisfaction and loyalty for all distributing parties and end-users of ENDURON HPGR
- Develop key customer strategies that support our win-back strategic growth objectives and initiatives
- Obtain relevant operational parameters to gain an understanding of the processing plant both by plant audits and data review.
- Demonstrate operational savings (Reduced energy, increase throughput, lower grinding media consumption) and develop the cost of ownership model.
- Work in conjunction with Regional Sales Manager during the tendering phase; reviewing datasheets/quotations and support during technical meetings with the clients.
- Training of Weir regional teams on HPGR technical knowledge and product adoption.
- On-site process audit to identify improvement opportunities and support our clients with AM
- Supporting Product Management with regional product feedback and recognizing product opportunities for business development.
- Travel to customer sites and/or Weir Minerals offices will be necessary from time to time

Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferably in Engineering
- Strong leadership and teambuilding skills
- Drive for OE/Aftermarket/Aftersales and customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of Mining and Mineral Processing
