Business Development Manager

**Descrição da vaga**:
O papel principal será identificar e converter assessores financeiros em Introducing Brokers (Parceiros), promovendo nossa plataforma de diversificação de investimentos internacionais.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Desenvolver alianças estratégicas e manter relacionamentos produtivos com assessores financeiros.
- Utilizar estratégias de prospecção via LinkedIn, ligações de follow up, reuniões virtuais, presenciais e quando necessário, internacionais.
- Oferecer suporte e treinamentos contínuos para capacitação dos parceiros.
- Gerenciar dados de relacionamento através do CRM PipeDrive.
- Monitorar e otimizar o desempenho dos parceiros.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência em desenvolvimento de negócios e gestão de relações comerciais.
- Experiência na area comercial.
- Experiência com prospecção via LinkedIn.
- Experiência com primeiras ligações e estabelecimento de novas relações comerciais.
- Auto motivação.
- Querer fazer dinheiro.

**Local de Trabalho**: Avenida Presidente Juscelino Kubitischek (100% presencial).

**Horário de trabalho**:Segunda a Quinta, das 9:00 às 17:30 - Sexta, das 9:00 às 13:00.
