**About the job**

As a Product Support Consultant, you will be playing a role of second line support services for Novacura Flow Solutions. This means that you resolve complex customer support issues and configuration requirements and manage customer relations.

**About you**

We are looking for a service and customer-oriented person who likes to solve problems, passionate about working on different customer issues and a multitasker. You take responsibility and plan your work independently. You are a good team-player, not afraid to ask for help and always eager to learn new things. In this role it is important to take initiatives and communicate well. You also need:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, or HTML/CSS
- Good communication skills
- Multi-tasking, customer oriented and problem-solving skills
