**Missão do cargo**
Garantir uma experiência positiva, ágil e personalizada aos clientes, atuando como ponte entre o escritório de contabilidade e os clientes, antecipando necessidades, solucionando dúvidas e fortalecendo o relacionamento de longo prazo.

**Principais responsabilidades**

Monitorar a satisfação e o engajamento dos clientes, identificando oportunidades de melhoria.

Receber demandas, entender necessidades e direcionar corretamente para os departamentos responsáveis (Fiscal, Contábil, DP, Societário etc.).

Elaborar e acompanhar cronogramas de entregas e obrigações, garantindo prazos e clareza para o cliente.

Realizar reuniões de onboarding, treinamentos e alinhamentos periódicos com clientes.

Produzir e atualizar materiais de apoio (guias, tutoriais, FAQ).

Apoiar a resolução de problemas e atuar como facilitador entre cliente e área técnica.

Acompanhar indicadores de satisfação (NPS, pesquisas, feedbacks) e sugerir ações de melhoria.

Organizar e documentar interações e históricos em sistemas.

Auxilio na elaboração de treinamentos para clientes internos e externos.

Apoiar o fechamento de vendas de prestação de serviços e na elaboração de contratos.
